What I do and How I can help you

 
Explaining what I do and how I can help others is part of my job. To be frank, this has been challenging for me and for that reason, I have decided to write this text.
 
I have been reading advice, watching videos and talking to people trying to learn the best way to explain it because I understand its importance and I want to do it right.
 
Every time I go through some material or conversation, I get the feeling of “that’s not it, I don’t want to do it this way”. I might get excited, I might even start and take action but what I feel inside it’s different. Inside there is always an odd sensation, something doesn’t feel right to me. The feeling that trying to reduce my message into the format that I am being advised to follow, does not fit me. In other words, trying to convert what I feel and what I do into a marketing-shaped message is not working for me. It does not fit my work or my true perspective.
 
Today I am going to explain it my own way. You can let me know if I did a good job or not 🙂 I am going to tell you what I am really passionate about, what my work is about and how I can help you improve your life. I consider this work to be the most important thing you can do for yourself and I’m going to explain why. Here it goes.
 
It all starts with passion. I have a passion for understanding the mind, for understanding how we can change in the direction we want and how we can heal from past events in our life. Basically, how we can be better. I have a passion to understand what really makes a person tick, what is someone’s purpose, and I have a passion for helping others.
 
There are 3 things that brought me to the place that I am right now. First I always had a natural fascination for human behaviour. Second, I struggled in the past, so I understand how struggle feels like. I want to do what I can to help people with their struggles because, in my case, for quite a long time I didn’t have the help I needed with my own and it is a painful and solitary walk when we try to take everything on our shoulders. Third, I feel like I owe the world something, I owe other people because I lived for many years not sharing anything, not saying anything, just developing my inside, so now it’s time to give back.
 
Here is how I see my work.
 
Are you familiar with the advice “just be yourself”? For years I heard it and I had no clue what that meant. I didn’t know how to be myself, in fact, I thought I was being myself and I hated it. My work is to help you find out who you truly are. I can help you feel that you are more of yourself than ever before and you love it. I can take you on a journey to discover your inner truth beyond superficialities, beyond fears and beyond beliefs. I can help you discover your true potential and help you live it. If it still sounds vague, let’s expand on that.
 
What does it mean to feel you are really yourself?
 
It means fear doesn’t stop you. It means there is no self-doubt, no insecurities. It means you take actions with certainty and you take responsibility for your mistakes. It means you know how to readjust and move on. It means you act with a combination of power and love. You understand your mind, your heart and your gut, and therefore you act in accordance with the perfect combination of thoughts, emotions and instincts. It means you know your purpose and you act accordingly. It means you are loving and you connect deeply with your love partner. It means you take action and have control. You can have piece of mind when you want it, you embrace challenges and your intentions are pure. It means you become an example for the ones around you. It means you know empathy, understanding and you are an agent of positive transformation in the world. That’s right, eventually with this work, with this process, you live your true potential and you influence the world in a positive way, contributing in a conscious way. Happiness, fulfillment, passion, excitement will be common in your life and you will feel them intensely with no reservations. That’s what my work is about. That’s what I do and what I can help you with.
 
I’m going to give you an example of my own life. For years I thought I was super shy and unable to talk to strangers. I also had fear of exposing anything about myself, even writing a text such as this one would be completely impossible. That wasn’t my truth. However, I believed it as such at the time. In other words, that wasn’t who I truly am and living like that brought me a lot of depressive thoughts and unnecessary pain.
 
There were so many new experiences that I said “no” to. Until one day things started changing and I became able to say “Yes” to life. I used to live in a prison created by my past and myself. I was purposeless and wandered around in life bouncing from here to there according to others. I was living in a passive and reactive mode that made me feel worthless.
 
I really want you to understand what I mean. I was really convinced of what I just described but that was a distorted version of me. Distorted by fear, anxiety, trauma and ideas that I had copied from others, which were not in alignment with my true nature. My work is to facilitate the discovery of your true nature as a human being. My work is to teach you how to embody it and live it authentically.
 
I can help you wake up everyday with the feeling of “I am being me. I dropped the masks, I am unafraid. I express myself the way I want and I am authentic”. I want to help you take full responsibility for your life and teach you to reach into your true power. Can you imagine how this affects all aspects of your life? I can tell you it is amazing. However, it is challenging to get there too.
 
To do this you need to overcome doubt, anxiety, fear, traumas and all the heavy bag baggage you might be carrying with you. I am here to help you with that. You know, there is a process to it. This is the only name that I am happy with: a process. A process to overcome limitations, a process to become yourself, a process to know what you really want and take action accordingly. A process of freedom. That’s what it is and that’s what it means to me. Freedom of being, freedom of expression. Certainty about who you are, what you want and what are the practical steps you should take.
 
In practical terms, to me this process meant changing from a shy person to someone that is able to talk to anybody. It meant to change from someone that would say “I don’t like clubs and I don’t know how to dance”, to someone that can enjoy any party environment and have fun. It meant to change from someone with zero initiative to someone that is proud of initiating and taking risks. It meant to change from someone that said “no” to new experiences to someone that looks forward to them. It meant to change from close to open minded. I meant to change from someone that was clueless and uncomfortable with physical touch to someone that understands its meaning, nuances, and uses it as a means of expression. It meant to change my whole career after finishing a PhD. It meant to change from a very closed person to someone that is able to talk openly and is comfortable with vulnerability. It meant to change from someone that was holding back in relationships to someone that connects deeply and passionately with a love partner.
 
What it meant for me is not the most important thing, what is important is what it can mean for you. What are your struggles and in what parts of your life do you feel limited. When you look at all aspects of your life, where do you feel you are lacking? Is there enough purpose in your life, enough love, enough meaning, enough happiness, enough passion, enough fulfillment? If you are lacking any of these, then I can help you figure out what the problem is and how to solve it. I can do that because before I lacked all of the above but now that’s not the case anymore. I want to show you a new way of living, a way of purpose, certainty of direction and deep connection with others.
 
I set up an intention to connect with people as deeply as I could. I set an intention to fully live what I feel in my heart to be my purpose and there is a feeling that appears with that. A visceral feeling of rightness. Not good, not bad, but right. The feeling that you are doing the right thing no matter what and you know it. I want to teach you how to get that feeling. In this way, self-doubt goes away, self deprecating thoughts disappear, and you can handle stress, pressure, and pain in a healthy way.
 
Can you imagine that? Entering a meeting room with no fear, doing a PhD defense, changing careers, starting a relationship. Living a relationship with deep openness and connection. Jumping to another career and pushing through the fear, and knowing that you can trust yourself, that you can handle it, having full trust in yourself. Can you imagine, going back to your family completely renewed and free from chains of the past with a loving heart and empathy. Can you see the change that you can make in your life and in the world? All this can come with this process I teach.
 
This process is a combination of approaches from life coaching, trauma therapy and spiritual teachings. It is my own spin, the one I found the most effective in my life and with my clients. I am confident it will work for you too.
 
If this sounds interesting so far, here is how you can work with me. I offer a 16-week program where I teach the process I’ve been talking about. The investment for this program is in the low 4 figures. The way I work is by asking the right questions that help you find clarity and I give you tools to understand your own emotions. This comes in the form of exercises and meditations I will give you. First we do these exercises in a session and we record them. Then, I will send the recording to you, so you can listen at home and repeat. This is key to progress fast. I will also use techniques from trauma therapy approaches and spiritual practices such as zen, so you can learn how to cope with those negative feelings, such as fear and anxiety. I’m going to help you overcome those as well in a healthy way and teach you coping mechanisms that are essential in an intermediate phase. When it comes to taking action in the present we are going to use techniques from life coaching, such as working with mindsets and establishing plans of action. This approach will be combined with eastern teachings that allow you to enjoy life to the fullest, connect deeply in relationships, and experience high levels of well-being, fulfilment and pleasure. I am available daily through Messenger and WhatsApp during the program and after it finishes as well. So you can have support when you need it, even if you are not officially working with me anymore.
