Anxiety appears with strong feelings in the body which are accompanied by many thoughts: “what would happen if…”; “if I do this, that person will think that”; “I cannot say this because then they will…”; etc. There are a lot of “ifs” and a lot of dark stories in the mind that overwhelm us and make the negative reactions in the body only get worse. This component of anxiety can be handled by learning how to stop this uncontrolled tsunami of thoughts. Therefore, I will teach you specific types of meditation and practical exercises that will have immediate calming effects and, more importantly, once practiced consistently, will allow you to stop the โtoxicโ thoughts that cross your mind.

You need to be aware of what happens in your body when you feel anxious, understand your stress response and then be able to change it. This is a process done in a systematic way, starting from the breath, emotions, body language, and connection between all these elements. I will teach you not only how to understand them, but also how to change them and use them to your advantage. This will allow you to turn an overwhelming stress response into a constructive motivation for action, which will translate itself into you being able to handle challenging situations, keep calm, and even use pressure to bring the best in you.

Lastly, I will also help you create an action plan to allow you to slowly stretch your comfort zone.
